Refund Policy – Fast Rent a Car
At Fast Rent a Car, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our chauffeur-driven car rental services in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Mirpur AJK.
1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payments
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment.
Advance payments are required to reserve vehicles, drivers, and schedules.
2. Cancellation by Customer
a. Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before Pickup
Eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Any bank or transaction charges may be deducted.
b. Cancellations Made 24–48 Hours Before Pickup
Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
c. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
No refund will be issued, as the vehicle and chauffeur are already allocated.
3. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
This includes refusal to travel after vehicle arrival.
